The meeting met in the sanctuary of Grace Baptist Church so the Keynote from WWDC 2007 can be shown on the big screen. Dave started off the first part of meeting talking about more utilities in the Unities folder of OSX. Tonight the application known as Grab and how it can save different kinds of screen shots in OSX. Dave then introduced Bobby with the theme to Gilligan’s Island (You had to be there). Before getting started talking about the Keynote Bobby introduced the new web site designed by Patrick Greer over the weekend. Bobby gave some announcements about new laptops, etc.
Bobby then went into the Keynote announcements. 1.) Mac OSX 10.5 Leopard showed off a lot of the interface changes. Mentioned some changes to .Mac that would allow you to browse files on other computers that have given permission to be browsed. Other features touched upon included the finder, Quicklook, Spaces, Time Machine, iChat Leopard will be available in October 2007 for $129 for all versions!
